Cambria Alliance EMS has teamed up with Mount Aloysius College to bring to you a presentation from the American Academy of Pediatrics a seminar on Child Abuse concerning Neglect and Recognition. To be held at Alumni Hall on the Campus of Mount Aloysius College on Monday February 25th 2013 from 7pm till 10pm.

This course describes the responsibility of EMS providers as mandated reporters of suspected child abuse and neglect in Pa. It covers the legal definitions of child maltreatment, risk factor and indicators of abuse and neglect, appropriate assessment techniques and required documentation.
