Written Test:  Cambria County Fire School Site  – 292 Ott Road, Patton, PA 16668

FRIDAY  Oct. 7, 2016 – 6:30 PM   (Be there at 6:00 PM)

100 Questions Exam (70% correct to pass)

***Bring one form of Photo ID and a #2 Pencil

Skills Test:  Cambria County Fire School Site  – 292 Ott Road, Patton, PA 16668

SATURDAY Oct. 8, 2016   –  8:00 AM   (Be there at 7:00 AM)

12 Skills Stations (Must pass all 12 stations)

Bring ID and your own lunch or snacks and drinks to keep hydrated

Equipment: Turn Out Gear (Full PPE), SCBA, Safety Glasses & Spare SCBA Cylinder is highly recommended.

Application Deadline: Friday September 16, 2016 (3 weeks prior to written test)

Application Fee: $175 (out of County Assoc. Dept.) or $165 (County Assoc. Dept.)

Payment is due with application

Checks can be made out to “CAMBRIA COUNTY CERTIFICATION” and MUST be mailed in with the application to:

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective January 1, 2016 ALL certification applications must be typed on a computer using the pdf fillable document and printed, all signatures must be done in black or blue ink.

In accordance with mandates from the Office of the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner and United States Law, 29 CFR 1910.134, persons utilizing or potential to use a self contained breathing apparatus in any actual or simulated irrespirable environment MUST be clean shaven.
