Over the past few weeks we here at Dauntless have gone to several gatherings for firefighters to display trucks, test training, and most of all have fun. There are events ranging from parades to time based companions like the bucket brigade. Below are the events we have gone to as well as what we placed in.

Cambria County Firemen’s Convention hosted by St. Michael Fire Department

• Bucket brigade – 3rd place
• Team firefighters challenge – 3rd place
• Best appearing fire department in line of march 20 or over – 2nd place
• Best appearing and equip aerial unit 76 feet or over – 2nd place
• Best appearing and equipped non-motorized unit – 1st place
• Best appearing and equipped engine 1995 to 2004 – 1st place

Central District Convention hosted by Nanty Glo Fire Department

• Best appearing Fire department in line of march over 16 members – 2nd place
• Best appearing antique non-motorized
